Rachel Lachniet
Marketing Manager / Care Advocate

Rachel is Marketing Manager and a Care Advocate at Byrne Chiropractic. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Child & Family Services, which fuels her passion for supporting children and families.
Rachel loves connecting with families and helping kids feel comfortable, confident, and excited about their visits.
Her passion for pediatric chiropractic care began after seeing the incredible impact it had on her own son. That experience inspired her to support other families on their journey toward hope, answers, and true wellness.
At Byrne Chiropractic, Rachel supports patients and families, assists with administrative needs, coordinates events, and oversees the practice’s marketing and social media. As Marketing Manager, she enjoys sharing Byrne Chiropractic’s mission with the community and finding creative ways to connect families with the care and resources they need.
She is grateful to be part of a team dedicated to a gentle, full-body, neurological approach to care that supports the health and well-being of the entire family.
Outside of the office, Rachel enjoys weight training, running, playing soccer, and cooking. She also loves watching her son play sports, and spending time with her friends and family.
Leigha Bergers
Care Advocate

Leigha has been a Care Advocate at Byrne Chiropractic since July 2023. After spending several years working in the traditional healthcare system, she realized her passion was better aligned with a more holistic approach to wellness. This led her to explore naturopathic and alternative care, where she feels she can better support and connect with others on their health journeys.
Leigha brings a unique background to her role, including experience as a licensed paramedic and certification as a Reiki practitioner. While she no longer works in emergency medicine, that experience shaped her deep sense of compassion and understanding for people in all stages of care.
Outside of the office, Leigha cherishes time spent with her family and friends, finding the greatest joy in being with her grandchildren.
Raelyn Turner
Practice Operations Manager / Care Advocate

Raelyn has been a valued member of the team since November 2021, bringing both professional experience and a personal passion for chiropractic care. Her journey with the office began as a patient, where she experienced firsthand the benefits of care and developed a deep appreciation for its impact.
As a Care Advocate, she plays a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming environment for every patient who walks through the door. She manages front desk responsibilities to ensure each visit is smooth and positive, and also performs INSiGHT scans to support patient care.
She is passionate about helping patients of all ages, and she especially enjoys connecting with children, whose energy and joy make each day even more meaningful. Raelyn resides in Rockford with her husband and two sons.
Outside of the office, she enjoys camping, attending live music events, playing card games, spending time in Grand Haven and traveling. Most of all, she enjoys being a mom and making lasting memories with family and friends.
