The following is a list of our usual and customary office fees. We provide this list so patients know what our fees are. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to ask.
The fees below are our cash fees. Insurance is based on your individual policy, please contact us for more information.
Initial Consultation, Examination, Adjustment – $90
Routine Chiropractic Office Visit – $50
Re-exam (Interim exam & adj) – $50
Re-Scan Progress Examination and Adjustment – $70

We have direct agreements with a select few insurance providers. This allows us to bill those providers directly and collect a co-pay from you at the time of service. Please remember that your health insurance policy is an agreement between you and that company. You are still responsible for your account balance.
The major insurance companies we participant with are the following:
- Medicare plus Blue
Accounts with a patient balance over $100 will be charged an interest rate of 1% per month (accrued) and will be required to pay at time of service for all future visits.
These are cash, check, credit or debit card fees ONLY. We will provide you with appropriate paperwork to file with your insurance company for reimbursement if we do not accept assignment of your insurance. This is one way we keep our fees down. This is ultimately better for you, our patient.
If we do accept assignment of your insurance benefits we will only collect your co-pay at time of service and we will bill your insurance company according to this office’s agreement with them.
