Whether you’re seeking pain relief or stress reduction, massage therapy can provide numerous therapeutic benefits. You’re welcome to schedule a massage therapy session whether you’re a current patient at our office or have never been to Byrne Chiropractic & Wellness Center before. Dr. Byrne may recommend massage as a part of your wellness or corrective chiropractic program.
Four massage therapists are on staff to address your needs. They all have unique talents including: lymphatic work, hot stone massage, deep tissue massage as well as essential oil therapy.
Massage Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events can happen occasionally in life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all our clients, the following policies will be honored:
A credit/debit card is needed to reserve an appointment. Your card will NOT be charged for the appointment unless the appointment is NOT cancelled 24 hours in advance.
24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows our staff the opportunity to fill that appointment slot. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice, you will be charged 50% of the service amount for your missed appointment.
No-shows
No call within 24 hours or if you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full amount for that missed appointment.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late to your appointment, your session will be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending on how late you arrive, our massage therapists will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a session. Regardless of the length of the treatment you are actually given, you will be responsible for the full amount of the session scheduled. Out of respect and consideration to our massage therapists and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.
Payment
Full payment is expected before or after treatment in the form of a gift certificate, cash, credit/debit card or check.
Please understand that Byrne Chiropractic & Wellness Center is a small business. Therefore, missed appointments without proper notice are costly for us and prevent us from being able to schedule other clients. If you are unable to keep your appointment please call us at (616)866-6083 at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you do not reach us, please leave a message on our machine. If we do not receive a message from you and you do not keep your appointment, the above policy must and will be applied.
